By using alturawear.co and placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to purchase.
Products
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours may appear differently on different screens. Measurements in our size guide are approximate and intended as a fitting guide.
Not a medical device
Our products are garments. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. They do not cause weight loss or fat reduction. If you have a medical condition affecting your circulation, skin, or breathing, speak to a doctor before wearing compression garments.
Pricing
Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel any order affected by one, with a full refund.
Orders
We may refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud or where a product is unavailable. If we cancel your order, you'll be refunded in full.
Payment
Payment is taken at the time of order. By providing payment details you confirm you're authorised to use that method.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AltoraWear is registered.
